Hey guys!!! Sunday afternoon, I went to the most kick @$$ concert EVER!!! It had a local band called Posey Hill (they do bluegrass) an AWESOME duo called bomshel, Rodney Atkins, and JOSH TURNER!!!! It was so cool!!!

It started out with the local band, and they did a little bluegrass for us. Then, it was BOMSHEL!!!! OMG they are AWESOME!!! I've heard them on myspace, but they are even better in concert!!! They opened up with this song Oh Baby, which talks about just because you and I are together does NOT mean that I'm gonna be doing everything you want me to, and lookin all pretty and "miss January". "If you want a heart thats true, this is all you gotta do. Hold me squeeze me tell me that you need me, never let me go"

I think next was the most awesome song I have ever heard in my life... It Was An Absolutely Finger Lickin Grits And Chicken Country Music Love Song (Country Music Love Song for short) I heard that one on myspace and learned all the words.

At one point, Buffy (the lead singer) said "Are you women tired of going to the grocery store, and seeing those magazines, thinking in order to be a bomshel you have to look like Carmen Electra or something? Well, we redifined that word! A true bomshel isnt afraid to go out without her makeup on. (cheers) A true bomshel can hold her own with ANY man! (cheers) A TRUE bomshel understands the IMPORTANCE of chocolate and mashed potatos!!!! (tons of cheers)

They did a few other numbers, and ended with The Devil Went Down To Georgie. DANG the girl Kristy can play the fiddle AWESOMELY!!! (is that even a word?) OMG she did great! At one point, she ran off the stage, right at the devils fiddlin part, and everyone wondered where she went. Then we all saw her ON TOP OF THE VAN FOR MY LOCAL RADIO STATION, and man, she was rockin out!!!!! She was getting into it! Buffy (the lead singer) was having fun too, she's awesome!!!

After their performance, I ran up to the stage as close as I could get and yelled "I LOVE YOU BUFFY AND KRISTY!!!!" and Buffy said "We l9ve you too!" and blew out a kiss. Check out their myspace: http://www.myspace.com/bomshel

Then Rodney Atkins took the stage, but he couldnt hold a candle to bomshel. Well, he could have, but it would have turned to hot wax in his hand in a heartbeat. His son is in Pre K and was singing in the lunchroom "If Your Going Through Hell" and his teacher called up Rodney saying that he was doing this, and why he shouldnt be.

At one point, he asked the audience "Ya'll remember that song a few years back called Butterfly Kisses? Well, we aint gonna do that. I think I saw a few men back there go 'Phew!' Anyway, we have a song similar to that... but its the Country Boy Can Survive version. You know, all you men out there grew up with Country Boy Can Survive, and Waylon Jennings and so forth, and now have daughters. Well check this song out" and he started this song, and the chorus goes something like "Hey there boy, come on in. I hear you like my daughter, we think she's pretty great too. She's her daddy's little girl, and her mama's whole world. She deserves to be treated with respect, and thats what she'll get. Now you go have fun now, and I'll be here when you get back. And I'll be up all night still cleaning this gun" My dad said that just became his favorite current country song.

Finally, Josh Turner took the stage. He started off with Would You Go With Me. There had been several people crowded up front to the stage that had fainted during intermission, and during Rodney's performance, so someone went and threw water on everyone else to keep them cool. This one guy appeared at the side of the stage a few minutes later, and was MAD. He didnt like that they threw water on him, and Josh handled it so well. He told his band to stop, walked up to this guy, and said "Hey buddy, this is my show." he was very polite about it, and then like a few seconds later securities on stage, and Josh said "Please, take him away"

At one point, he did a medly of older country songs, and he did "I Dont Think Hank Done It This Way" and my dad stood up. My gramma started to pull on this pants to get him to sit down, and he reluctantly did, and Josh looked at him and shrugged, kinda like he was sayin "Women!"

It was a great show!!! After the show, I got Rodney Atkins autograph, and Buffy and Kristy's too. I got to talk to them for a little bit, and told them I''d been leaving comments saying I couldnt wait to see them. Kristy looked at me and said "Whats your name?" and I told her "Michelle" and she said "Oh Michelle! Hi how are you!" turns out thats Buffy's middle name too!!! I think they remembered my comments on there, cause I signed it "Love Michelle" and Kristy acted like she did. They signed my book and my little brothers, and I asked Buffy if she could write that thing she said about a true bomshel, and she said sure! And was so nice about it! I got my picture taken with them. I asked them if I could be their roadie, and they smiled and so I said "Ya'll think about that, and I'll leave a comment asking you about it later on" and they said "Alright!"

It was awesome, I had a great time, and I'll post pictures when I can!!!!!

Stella Parton

Stella Parton is AWESOME!!! Alot of people know her as Dolly Parton's little sister, who just also happens to be a singer, but she is more than that. She is nice.

Most people already know about this, but oh well, who cares, I'm telling this story again.

At Dukesfest (the totally awesome celebration of the totally awesome show The Dukes Of Hazzard) I was standing in line to meet Catherine Bach (the totally rockin Daisy Duke!), when I heard singing, the song was I Wanna Hold You In My Dreams Tonight, a song by Stella Parton. It didnt sound like the radio, it was too loud, but at the same time I wasnt sure. So my mom held my place, while I went out. I ran to the stage, and saw Stella, and ran back, yelling "Its her, its her its really her!" I grabbed my autograph book and a pen, and ran back out to the stage and stood in front watching. She started talking about a song that was a HUGE hit for her in the 70's, and started in on Danger Of A Stranger (I have got to find the ringtone for that). I started singing along, and by the time she was done, she was smiling right at me because she saw me singing along.

Then I walked up to the stage and asked for her autograph, and she said "After this medly" So I stepped back, and she got a guy, who I think is her husband, up on the stage and sang "I'm Not That Good At Goodbye" and once again I was singing along, and once again, she saw me. I ama huge fan of her music. So this time, she started up one of my favorites, Standard Lie Number One. She saw me singing and waved me up. I thought she was gonna sign my autograph book, but instead, she sat me down on the staged and crouched beside me, and held the mike between us, and I was singing with Stella Parton!!! It was awesome!!! So we got done, and she asked me my name, and I told her "Michelle". A few minutes later, my mom comes rushing out of the line, and I start to go up to Stella to ask if I can have my picture taken with her, and she says "Come on up here Michelle, lets get that book of yours signed" So I got my book signed, and my picture with her, and I got to sing with her!!! It was amazing, just so totally awesome!

She asked me a little later if I wanted to sing the next song with her, but I didnt know it, so I couldnt, and I had to get my spot in Catherine Bach's line again.

Anyway, she was really cool and really awesome, and I recommend anyone who gets the chance to see her to GO! She is really cool, and you'll be passing up a huge opportunity not seeing her. She is just as good a singer as her sister, and they both have their own unique styles, and I have about 15-18 songs of hers on my computer, and anyone that wants them just email me!!!!

I'm bored.

I went to some dinner theatre thing, and I sang You Lie... and I wasnt asked to stay for reading. I wonder if it was because of my TERRIBLE dancing... I honestly cannot dance! I might have a chance of being in something anyway.... oh well.

People are bugging me about guys, and how have I gotten through without one, and I tell them, I could care less about having a boyfirned. Thats always the way I've felt, I dont care who it is. SO STOP BUGGINE ME ABOUT IT PEOPLE!!!

OMG that was a GREAT concert!!! I got close enough to see Sara at one point, so I went back to get the camera from my mom, but the idiot workers wouldnt let me go take pictures, I had to go sit back down, so I had to take pictures of the screens, cause our seats were CRAPPY!!! What happened to winning GOOD seats for a concert from radio stations????? I have to keep tabs on whos gonna be here, cause if I dont, then I wont be able to get great seats... OMG Bob Robbins (a DJ on the station) gave everyone who won on Thursday FRONT ROW SEATS but Monday's winners got seats far away from the stage. GGGRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! *sigh* oh well. At least I was there, and at least I got to get a good look at Sara wen I managed to get up there the first time. I should have stayed up front, and not gone and gotten the camera from my mom, cause maybe then I coulda gotten a pick from Brad,,, or even his HAT when he threw it out!!!!!!!! It was still a good show, Brad and Sara know how to put on a good concert... Eric Church was okay, he tried, he was the opening act. I got my picture with him, and an autograph... I WANT AN AUTOGRAOH FROM BRAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well, I was fortunate just to be there.

Brad brought up Little Jimmy Dickins at one point on the screen, he called it "Paisleyvision" and it was a sattalite that went right into Little Jimmy Dickins house, and so I got to see Little Jimmy Dickins!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sara Evans got this CUTE little boy to get up on stage with her, and he was pretending to play the guitar while she sang... I cant remember which song it was.

I wore my lampshade for Alcohol and went down to the bottom step at the end of the isle, and before the song was finished, I was told to go sit down! I hated that those people were so stuck up. They werent security or anything, but they were SNOTTY!!! I couldnt even go get a picture of Sara or Brad!!!!!!! Oh well. IT WAS STILL A GREAT CONCERT!!!!!!!!!!

Brad sang He Didnt Have To Be, I'm Gonna Miss Her, Little Moments, Wrapped Around, When I Get Where I'm Going, Whiskey Lullaby, Mud On The Tires, Celebrity, Alcohol, The World, Easy Money, Some song about putting the seat down on the toilet, and some other ones that I cant remember

Sara sang Perfect, Born To Fly, Suds In The Bucket, I Could Not Ask For More, Cheatin, Coalmine, A Real Fine Place To Start.

Anyway, it was great, and I was so happy to be there.

I'm bored so I'm updating.

Sarah should be happy, I'm updating more. I'm going to see Brad Paisley and Sara Evans... when Brad sings Alcohol I'm gonna stand up and wear my lampshade, and wear it proudly, lol. Dont worry Sarah, I'll have pictures to prove I was there! If I get a picture with Brad Paisley would that do it for you???

I might post some of them up.

People, start leaving comments here!!!!!!!!!!! Or I'll be just like someone else and refuse to do any updates... but then again, nobody here cares, I'm a boring person.

I think I am going to have to leave every single message board that has to do with Dolly. People are so shallow! According to Dolly fans (not all) my life has to revolve around Dolly to be her number one fan! I know my name on here is rebasnumber1fan. But I cant be Reba's number one fan, there are too many other people that are fans of her.

Does my life really have to revolve around Dolly to be a number one fan? Do I have to do everything Dolly related? Do I have to vote for Dolly, even though theres a song I like more, or someone I think is prettier? Am I not allowed to like other people? Its on the CMT Dolly board, and alot of them are on other Dolly boards I go to. I know theres probably more good Dolly fans, that understand why I like other people. But theres a bunch of people that make Dolly fans look bad! I mean, come on! One person said that Dolly would be pleased as to why they loved her so much. I told them, Dolly wouldnt be pleased about you going around trying to keep people from saying what they think! I voted for Reba at the CMT music awards, sure! But I was very happy when When I Get Where I'm Going won. If I had to choose, it would have been You're Gonna Be. Reba didnt win, my next choice was Brad and Dolly! I hate people who judge you on what you think and say. I think I am going to leave all the Dolly message boards.

Are all Dolly fans like Sarah? I've come across a few just like her, not liking what I say. I'll say that I voted for Reba's song cause I like it better, or I voted for Faith Hill cause she's prettier... and I get all sorts of HELL!!! I just dont understand what the hell is wrong with me voicing my opinions to these people! Some people dont seem to care. Others, like Sarah, get mad at me, and make a big deal out of things! WHY do I even bother talking to her? Honestly, I think I'm holding on to the past, when we were great friends writing a story together, based on Dolly's song Mountian Angel... I AM SICK OF IT!!!!!!!!!!! I cant stand her anymore!!!

I am so totally bored. Theres something I've been doing, getting music video codes and putting it on my and whoever else wants a music video. I put one on someones, as a surprise, but I havent heard anything from them about whether or not they like it...

CMT has me mad. They took away my morning Dukes, and now I have nothing to watch from 10:00-12:00... which really stinks!!! There was no warning or anything, I just turned on the TV, and the Dukes Of Hazzard wasnt on there. Theres a petition on the Dukes Of Hazzard message board on CMT, if your willing to look and sign it.
